I found one when walking down a street in Hawaii on vacation years ago. I still have it.

Judging by the condition of the adhesive I think there's a good chance it fell off.

Oh - didn't know there was adhesive - thought it was held on by the two "prongs". So maybe it did fall off on its own, the Arizona sun damages everything !!!
