Default Can not get everything to align back up

Hey yall back again askin a question that probably has a simple answer. I am in the process of replacing my upper control arm and ball joint, lower ball joint, and CV on my 91 4x4. I have the lower ball joint bolted onto the lower control arm, the lower ball joint in the knuckle but not torqued, the CV goin through my hub and snap ringed, the upper ball joint mounted on the spindle and torqued down, and the upper control arm threaded to the frame. Now when I try to get the upper ball joint and control arm to go together, its too far apart. I have tried pushing on the hub, lifting up from the lower control arm, and lifting up from the bottom of the hub with the jack. It is just not liking it and I cannot find anything anywhere as to what my problem would be. I will attach pics of what I got so yall can see whats goin on. Thank ya for your help!

Install the balljoint into the control arm. Loosen the bolts on the side of the control arm.

So what I nees to do is take the upper ball joint off the knuckle and mount it to the control arm before I put it in the knuckle?

Yes, install it into the control arm and loosen the bolts on the cross shaft

Sometimes, suspension can be a PITA.

Sometimes, leaf-springs won't go back on w/o coercion.

Like he said, try a dif way of re-assembly. Sometimes that is all that is needed.

Check your CV axle. It may not be all the way into the spindle. There should be a special spacer that slides onto the stub end of the CV axle with the beveled side covering the radiused shoulder of the stub axle. It creates a square "seat" to run against the bearing. If that is backwards it will prevent the stub from fully seating.
