OK! So I found out that if i swapped the relay on top with the one on the bottom, the blower motor just totally stops. Also, when I tried jumping the low pressure switch the one on the top clicks rapidly. I ALSO noticed that when I put the top relay where the bottom is, it started click rapidly again.

Lose that relay and get your system up and running again!

Well, got a new relay and still nothing. Back to square one again.

Remove the relay, turn the ignition key to accessory and test the power output across the coil pins.

I was a complete dumbass. I never hooked the low pressure switch up after attempting to jump it last night and IT WORKS!!!!!! But the only issue now is that it squeals like a damn banshee. Would that be the belt or the compressor?
