So cheap that it didn't even have a glovebox.

Cute truck. I used to have a neighbor that drove one.

At $20,000, it's looking more appealing. If only it were true 4wd with higher clearance and had a bigger bed, I could really like it. (hoping 20k means not cheap electronics "touch screen" to go out, and little to no electronics other than that)

True that !

It’s one of the reasons I keep driving my D21 every single day. Whether I drive it hard or drive at a snail’s pace. I love my HB for the simple reason it’s a true compact truck. Even a Nissan Rogue or a Toyota RAV 4 “compact SUV is ginormous and my truck is literally dwarfed by these vehicles. Back in the day when vehicles were “normal” sized for their class and actually could be defined as a compact, mid size or full size car/truck. I was able to see over/through the vehicle when backing out of a parking space. Now, I have to be so very careful because I cannot see because I’m literally “hidden” when flanked by new vehicles. I can’t even see my truck when parked in a parking lot because it just disappears among the vehicles. I had gone to the market to grab some lunch meat for work a few weeks back and was creeping back out of my parking space and flanked by two full sized GMC SUV and a crew cab 6.7L diesel pusher truck and I suddenly heard/felt a very loud SMACK” on my passenger rear truck bed corner. A guy hit my truck with his hand to let me know he was there and when I stomped the brakes. He told me that I should be more careful and watch out for people walking. I sincerely apologized to the gentlemen. But I also told him that the walkway along the building is the safest place to walk and not just randomly walking behind people’s vehicles. Especially when there’s an opening between cars. He proceeded to tell me off and walked off muttering stuff looking back at me. I felt embarrassed and bad at the same time. As I don’t want to hurt someone. Even by accident! So that’s why I’m very careful in a lot of situations so that someone doesn’t get hurt.

Hybrid, unibody. It's a minivan like the Ridgeline! I'm not impressed. Glad to see it won't be 9 bajillion dollars like most new trucks.

The Hardbody was considered to be the best mini truck out there. Unfortunately, if Nissan was to jump into the mini truck business under their designs of today, it would not be good. Fugly and under powered would be the results.
