20" chevy wheels on my Hardbody? - Infamous Nissan

Ok so i found this set of 20" chevy wheels on CL for a great price. I have a few questions, will i have to do anything to the wheel to allow it to fit like the TItan wheels where you have to bore it out 4"? I am stock height, planning on doing a 3/3 drop, will i have to do anything besides the normal pathy fenders up front and rolling fenders out back. The wheels are really nice looking so i'd like to put them on if possible. Thanks -Ted

Yes you will have to bore them out. Honestly I'd get a 4" hole saw to bore them out. I used one on my wheels, just bore out a scrap piece of plywood first and then bolt it on the back of the wheel and that's that.

To all you people that can rewire a harness or fabricate a complete race chassis but have to pull their pants down and get charged 150 per wheel at a machine shop to bore their wheels out, this isn't to complicated and it's cheap.

Who paid $150 a wheel? Lol I paid $100 for the whole set. Can't use a hole saw on Titan wheels, there is not a large center cap to allow you to cut all the way through. Have to use a router or go to a machine shop. But you can use the hole saw method with the Chevy wheels.

oh wow thats a good idea. i can still put the lug nut cover back over even with the center cut out?

Here's what you got to do: 1).set the 4" hole saw over the center of the wheel, center it about where you think it's centered.
2).Using a sharpie mark the outline of the hole saw, remove the hole saw and see if the gap from the 3" O.E bore looks even all the way around from the outline you drew using the hole saw.
3). If the line looks off a bit erase it using acetone or lacquer thinner
4). Use automatic fluid in a empty mustard bottle to lubricate the cutter as you cut away!

I actually found these Police Tahoe wheels locally for $100! I picked em up yesterday, wondering about what size tire i can run up front. like i said im planning on a 3 inch drop, so would a 225/40 or 235/40 work without rubbing (In the front)?
