Open loop at 174F?!?! That's not right. I would think it would be closed loop long before that.

Well I figured out the problem. The evap canister filters had deteriorated I am assuming because the evap hose was clogged all the way up to the volume valve and down into the spacer plate. As soon as I disconnected the hose it smelled like fuel really bad. So I blocked off the hose and cleaned everything. It ran great, no backfiring, no codes and no smell. I drove it for about 45 minutes, then as I was pulling back up to my house it stuttered....then blue smoke pouring from the exhaust.... completed another leak down test. Cylinder 3-4 have 30% blow by now.
