Just wire brushed any surface rust and applied the rust treatment on any exposed metal. I may prime the whole roof depending on how I feel next weekend.

On my former Sentra, I started with priming the hood, than later I ran some blue tape down the body line and primed the whole top half of the car, used grey spray can primer, it looked better than it did before, never had it painted. The roof looked crappy because I never spent any time on it smoothing it out, still looked better than it did ! LOL

New (reman) steering box. Now my steering is as tight as a really tight thing.

Installed the other Hella headlight plug today, replaced one of the small bolts that hold the headlight bezel on, straightened the "U" shape metal the adjuster screw sits in.

Just removed the outer part of the AC clutch to try it with no shims one last time, going out to put it back on in a minute.

I don't know what engine you have, but I have a working V6 AC compressor if you need it. I'd let it go cheap.

I have the KA24, AC works good, will see if what i did today helped it stay engaged. I got the outer clutch closer than it was before.

Problem I was having is it was disengaging at speed, and rubbing (making noise)

Nice Sentra. I had a 90 Sentra. Bought it new for 5000.00 cash. Within one month, I put a full erebuni body kit and slammed it with American racing hammers. 1 month later it was stolen. I only put minimum liability on it. Total loss. Lesson learned. Since then, every car I own gets full coverage.

I like your dash ornament. Caddy don't mess around. Good for you. Everyone should have the same dash ornament.

Oh, and I reinstalled the factory shroud over my electric fan. Cools even faster now. With the new thermostat it hovers around 180F. I need to make sure my fan controller is tuned properly though. Seems to come on a hair early. And clean up the wiring on it. Needs that badly!
This pic is mine after one winter in upstate NY in 2014. Leaf springs and rear had surface rust . 6 months earlier, it was still all black and clean. Now after 4 winters, there is a lot of surface rust. Frame rails, under side of bed. Pretty much everything. I may try to clean up the frame rails this summer and hit them with some por15.

Been driving it around a bit since I got the trans back in over the weekend. It's rolling smoothly and seems to be shifting through all the gears just fine. 1st and 2nd are a bit stubborn, although they were before too. Maybe one day I will buy a junkyard trans and go even further and replace the shift forks and collars as well.
