Default Front bumper for "95" pickup

Hi, thanks for your help. I have what I believe is a 95 XE extended cab pickup. It was manufactured in December 1995 in any case, maybe that makes it a '96? The front bumper is caved in at the side. I see there is a distinction about the bumper related to dates; before and after November 1995. This bumper, to be replaced, is a chrome one-piece wrap-around bumper, it's not a front face with separate ends. I just want to make sure that when I buy a replacement and it says it's for 96 models that I'm getting the right part. They look right... If anyone could clarify/confirm I'd appreciate it.

You want the one piece 96-97 front bumper.

Thanks very much, that sure looks to be correct. Clearly my truck was made after November 1995. So is my truck a '95 or a '96? Why would they change the bumper on a continuing '95 model? Odd...

The only difference between the two is the end caps. They changed to the one piece in 96. 93-95 is the three piece. Hope that helps.
