Finally towed it home, and away from a certain death as it was headed to the crusher.
Got the z24 running decent, and got the trans working enough to limp around the yard a few times. looking at a parts truck this weekend (5spd ka24 truck with a rotted out frame). going to swap this to a 5 speed for a while until I get around to dropping my 302 in it. also going to try to get her a little bit lower this weekend. gotta get the bed and wheels back on my F-100 this weekend though. ![]() ![]() Last edited by cadillacdude1975; 03-04-2017 at 02:46 AM. Talking to the guy about buying back my blue turd. Blown engine now (like doesnt run at all. Its locked up) and the frame is of course rotted out. He told me $700. Not really happy with that price so it might take me a few weeks to get him to accept a reasonable offer. But hopefully this truck will be coming back home. If it does, I've collected all of the parts i need to make it run/drive. New frame, new engine, new cab, new bed, etc.
