Default Empty bracket?

Just but a D21. Been going to junkyard to get missing pieces and broken trim. There is a empty bracket by the battery. What goes here?

Welcome to Infamous,

that would be where the starter relay and another relay would go depending on the options your truck came with, is there a relay with 2 plugs (blue) laying down below that bracket?

I can see the large blue relay laying on the inner fender in your pic.

I would clean up REAL WELL those battery cable ends, or better yet change those battery cables. Those on that truck are what I would consider "for emergency use only" and will cause issues in the future.
