Hi guys,
my Name is Max, i´m 27 and from the south of Germany. I´ve signed up here because from what i´ve read there no bigger combined knowledge about these cars than in this Forum Sorry, my english is getting a lil' rusty since...well covid made me stay in Germany for basically the last 3 Years. I´ve recently bought a std. cab Hardbody, wich is quite rare in germany. AFAIK we only got the extended Cabs new in Germany. There are like 3 or 4 std. cabs here, basically all of them came to Germany with soldiers being stationed here way back . I really wanted a Hardbody since forever, atleast since I´ve seen some of the Garage Miniz Hardbodys from Japan. Especially this one: ![]() So I bought this Gem: ![]() I didnt buy it like that though...bought it like this: ![]() ![]() It apparently came from the US to Germany quite a few Years ago, been with a soilder for quite a few Years and then got German Papers like 4 Years ago. It´s been rolled green, been rolled kinda baby poo bown-ish underneath and the original white has been brushed over in a few places too, all 4 Fenders got some quite interesting Bondo repairs...but the frame, cab and Bed seem quite good I want it to be the original white again...so i´m in the process of sanding everything down. ![]() As any clever Car or Truck Guy would do, i´ve also bought Wheels already. ![]() ![]() There are currently 195/60 (OE 240SX Size) Tires on...but I guess i´ll step it up to a 195/65 when it comes to actually driving on those wheels. The Truck will be getting lowered but there are some quite strict laws n germany regarding lowering wheels and so on... There are currently 4 in lowering Blocks approved with the car, so those are going to make there way back...and maybe some modified hangers I also ripped a load of wiring out of the Car, the previous owner somehow thought a KA24, RWD, Hardbody would make the perfect overlanding Vehicle and put a second Battery aswell as some super sketchy lights and shit into the Car. He also put a "Bed" in the Bed wich reminded me of a coffin quite alot ![]() Thats just the wires i ripped out... and said Coffin: ![]() I´ve been kinda obsessed with 90s Nissans for the past few years. I´m the proud owner of this thing: ![]() and in 2020 I´ve also had this thing (hence the 240 aka. 200SX Tire sizes) ![]() My dad will be looking at a Nissan Primera (Infinti G20 for you guys) in 2 Weeks to add to the weird an wonderful collection. I´ve also had like 10 different BMWs in the last 10 Years of driving but I guess no one cares about those. 1 Final Picture of the currenty state of things in our shared workshop/ garage. ![]() That S13 is not mine though... |

Yep, that was some NCO's pimped ride. Nice... Even has the vent visors. You'll luv them. Don't break them. I suspect they may be NLA.
Welcome...

AVS still makes those vents. They are about 40 bucks. I have a new set on my pathfinder.
Welcome to IN. My stepson is stationed in Ansbach, air and missile defense. |
