Default Knocking noise, rod knock maybe?

Hey all, curious to see what you think. Does this sound like rod knock? I did plugs, wires, cap/rotor, oil change, trans/diff fluid change today. Maybe I screwed something up? Did pour fluid through shifter and couldnít get the fill plug loose. Put a little over 2qts in, maybe needs more? I just donít recall it sounding like this before, and it seems to idle a little rough too. No codes and seems to drive/shift pretty fine. First video is when I started it up after sitting for about an hour after I got home, 2nd is after a small drive from first video. Thanks for any help here. https://youtu.be/28UVNzvvZWg

It is missing badly. Check your firing order on the SP wires.
