I haven't been 135 since like 5th grade lmao. I've gotten down to 200 a few times in the last couple decades but generally hover around 220. Several months of incessant heat and constant overtime I gained up to just shy of 240 and have been dieting to get back to a reasonable weight. Is annoying.

JP I've run into some of those snap rings that my pliers wouldn't quite open enough, I used a c clamp on the back of the clip to keep it from moving, pried it as far apart as the pliers would get, then used a flat head screwdriver to push it further apart. If you got the old ones to work as thick as that is I don't think it'll come out of there haha.

I don't know why those snap rings were bigger than the ones that were already on it. I did have the 2 sizes sitting next to each other for a picture. It was hard to see much difference visually and my phone was in the house (no calls or texts while I was elbow-deep in grease). I didn't get a picture.

My son and I go to the gym together in the mornings before school. He is 14, about 155 lbs (sorry Deerhurst) and in high school. He is really starting to appreciate the results he is seeing.

I feel like I look the same as always. Some people at Planet Fitness say that I am a beast, but that's just because this isn't a real gym.

The picture below was taken last week on my 52nd birthday.

89 lbs.

Do you have a condition or anything that accounts for that?

How tall are you?

I'm just holocaust skinny. I'm 5'8" tall. I take after my mom, very skinny. I don't build muscle mass at all, doesn't matter what I eat, what I do, how many hay bales I throw, nada. I don't bulk out at all, it just tones up more.

Track your calories, even loosely, and you will see gains.

It's a very common statement that is heard all the time, but unless you have an illness, you can't override calories-in vs. calories-out.
