Default TD27 manifold studs

Hey all,

After some specs on the Studs that secure the exhaust manifold to the head on an N/A TD27

Length, thread pitch, size, thread length. Anything I might need to match up a new set without pulling any more out of my already loose manifold

Thanks

Welcome Chuck...

Sorry, no help here, but I'm sure someone will chime up and point you in the right direction...

Cheers!

Probably at least as bad as a Jeep so worse than a cow.

I don't think we had the TD27 in any of our Nissans here in the states. You might have to pull one off your engine and go match it up or maybe even order some from the dealership.

Some pics of your Navara's and Pathy would be nice, we like pics.

Yeah...unfortunately most of the people (but not all) who hang out here are from the USA, and a lot of things on the Navara are different than what we have here in the States. I would also recommend pulling one of the easier-to-remove exhaust bolts and just going in with it to match it up. A company that makes bolts and other similar hardware is your best bet. And a personal visit with bolt in hand will get much better results.

Thanks for the help guys anyway guys, I'm aware most of you here are states side, this forum has been a tremendous help for me building my KA24DE as they seem to be rather rare here in Aus, so the info from the US is still quite handy. Didn't realise you didn't receive the TD27 in the states though.

I have a good bolt store nearby I can get studs from its just I already have a few missing and don't want to remove any more until I'm home with it and can drive my other nav, might just have to put up with the exhaust leak for another week or two

Will get some pics up of my other rides when I get home too

Glad you still find the site useful.

The US EPA probably would not pass the small diesel for emission reasons. I do wish we had there her though, would be nice to have that torque. Wonder why they didn't pursue this in the US?
