Default Manual Harness in an auto

What do I need to do so I can use a harness from a manual in my auto truck?
Is it possible to do so?

I swapped from auto to stick and left the auto harness in there. You prob would rather not mess with a d21 harness unless you have no choice or like taking entire vehicles apart.
