They do not. When I did the xterra console, it wasnt 100% bolt in but I was able to modify the xterra bracket to screw into existing console holes in the floor for the front. In the back I used 2 screws through the rear cup holders right into the floor.

The console doesn't include the shifter that is a separate trim piece at least in my 97 its that way

I don't know, I haven't been around a 96-97 HB with an automatic. But I feel like it will fit. If it doesn't, let me know, my son wants a 96-97 console in his truck lol.

What do you do to mount console in a regular cab? That computer box between the seats is in the way! Can you move it?
