replacement seat question - Infamous Nissan

Im considering swapping seats in my truck for something else. Im oddly shaped and too friggin old not to have an adjustable seat.

i noticed in an ad for a 95 SE i think, that it had a factory lumbar adjustment on the inboard side. was this ever paired with the adjustable height seat (lever on front left corner of seat base) ? if so what model had that? and did the path have the same cause id love leather seats.
