Do the carbies on the Z24 have a similar style device, because my Z24 acts exactly like this when cold. 4 months of cold are horrible with my truck because it's so tempremental

I've looked everywhere for the Fast Idle Control Valve for my 1986 D21. Does anyone have a source for one?
I've searched for part numbers:AIRTEX 2H1264, NISSAN 1639403G15, CARQUEST 734398, WELLS AC4017. |

I have an old TBI that still has a god one on it. But before you go replacing it, check the travel from cold to hot as the engine warms up. It may not be bad. I'm pretty sure there is a measurement listed in the service manual.

Thanks, I look at it this weekend. I'm pretty sure its frozen since I see blue residue around the plunger area and where the hose attaches on the front side.

I'm sorry to crash your thread here. I am brand new to this forum and have a transmission question. Could you point me to the proper thread?
