Default Inner fender help

Do i need the inner fender cover to avoid the tire rubbing. Or what options would i have i bought 4x4 fenders with the inner covers not sure if i need the or just trim to avoid rubbing. Any help will be appreciated.

I have mine removed. They will just get in the way.

The inner fenders protect things like your alternator from road spray.

if you can keep them in i’d highly suggest it, especially if it’s a daily driver. i used to pull them out when i’d go low on my civics but the amount of shit that gets in the doors and what not is so annoying. how low are you?

I said alternator but I actually meant starter motor. The starter can get hit pretty bad by road spray on the passenger side.
