It wore through on the exhaust side of the timing cover right into that rectangular coolant passage. Gonna pull the oil pan tomorrow to get all the pieces out.

On a side note, a steel chain cuts through cast aluminum very quickly!

Got 3/4 of my core support out with a drill and a sawzall. Got those new Rugged Rocks motor mounts in too. That surprisingly wasn't too difficult. Took less than an hour. I didn't have a chance to take pictures (it was night and they kept turning out blurry) but will get some soon. It took nearly a month for those blasted things to come in.

Hit up the local pick-n-pulls. Struck gold at one; they had 4 D21's and 3 WD21 Pathfinders.

Only $50 for the tailgate and $25 for everything else. The tailgate will probably go to my friends who are fixing up a '94 ka 4x4. But the mint Pathy fogs are MINE.

that steering bushing brings back some memories of one breaking on a ford fairmont i used to have.................

hey about those fog lights.........is there a part number on the housings? im talking about the black housing that holds the fog and turn signal lights. i cant find a part number for those fuckers anywhere, and nissan obviously made a ton of them.

Do you mean the black brackets that hold the fogs? Or do you mean the plastic surround trim part?

If you mean the plastic surrounds, they look similar to the normal ones, but with the bars cut. Then the cut off part is covered by those 4 little caps you can see in front of the surrounds.

They're in my shed right now. I'll try to pull some #'s tomorrow and maybe take some pics.

mine were dealership installed when the truck was bought new. if you get the fog lights, there is a bracket on the backside of the bumper that you can mount them to.... the little plastic pieces, just cut the middle bars out of the one next to the blinker, and you have factory fog lights!

It looks like the part number is 25370 (see H in the pic below).
