Nice , I have 2 old Precision Power amps in my current Frontier, one is an original Art series the other is a newer smooth Art series, Have a set of Morel components in front and just two 12" kicker subs in sealed boxes.

Formerly this was in my 93 Hardbody.

Buddy of mine took 3rd in SQ running 500w of Phoenix Gold in his frontier last summer about an hour after it was finished. He helps put on that event so naturally competes every year. He was running a sub of his design in a 4th order built by another guy that helps put on the event and I'm trying to remember what speakers.

I've got 2 of his designed 6.5s for my car. It's got OE speakers (dammed good for OE!), A Skar 5 channel and a box glassed in by the guy that made by buddies 4th order. It's tuned very low. Like 32-35hz peak. Running some Skar 6.5s for the moment. Maybe get those Pandas in this weekend. Gotta do a little cutting and glassing to fit them.

I plan to run my old Skar subs in my truck. Already have old Eclypse SQ speakers in it. Probably run another of those 5 channels Skar amps too. It'll push way more than those Skar subs will handle. Should keep up with my old competition door speakers!

It's nothing crazy, not a lot of "boom", I have the front amp turned down as it is 150 per side and the Morel's do not handle that much wattage, but I never take the head unit past 20 on the volume.

I went with sealed boxes to keep it sounding clean as compared to being too boomy.

This is in my 17 Frontier, I designed the amp rack/sub enclosure and built it myself, install done by me, only made 5 holes in the truck to do the install and all 5 can be brought back to stock if I decide to sell it.

Pioneer headunit:

I mounted the tweeters to the top of the stock tweeter grilles, wanted them angled towards me instead of reflecting off the windshield"

Sub/amp rack, I designed it for the amps to be on the bottom ( in my former Hardbody, they were on the top), I wanted the top to be flat so I could put stuff up there if I wanted too, original plan was to use matching carpet on the top but I have not ordered it yet. Painted it black for now before local Frontier meet I went to. I wanted the whole thing to be below the bottom of the window.

I made the front grille using aluminum window screen frame and covered it with black speaker cloth, it's attached using snaps, center of the top is removable using home speaker grille clips so I can have access to the jack location.

PPI 2200 amp on Pass. side, 200 x 2 powers the subs, PPI A600 amp on drivers side powers the Morel components. Fused distribution block on the pass. side, ground distribution block on the dr/ side, RCA's run down the center of the truck.

How the box/amp rack looks now and during construction:

center top removed showing grille clips:
