Anyone build outdoor decks for a living? - Page 3 - Infamous Nissan

Added another joist to help support the Trex composite deck boards, added last sheet of plywood, cut down to fit one more deck board, attached the composite deck boards (minus 1 as the second box of screws I bought turned out to be a different color !)

I still have to trim the outside edge, done for today, hot out.

Put 1 coat of paint on the surface and the edges, it matches the composite deck boards pretty good:

Looks nice.

Just curious: Is the plywood less than the boards? I'm just wondering why you have 2 styles.

Composite deck boards are $16 each for an 8' length, plywood at the time I bought it was $47 a sheet.

Shed is going on the plywood, I may run more deck boards right to the front of the shed.

Put the shed together last Sunday, of course it had to pour before I got to the roof. Still have to bolt it down. Also added a security camera so I can keep an eye on it.

My Step daughters BF helped me with the roof parts, I had it to this point by myself before it started raining.

Having an issue with the doors lining up in the center, the bottom doors overlap slightly, no adjustment for left to right, Spoke to the company and they are sending out 2 new "updated" door edge parts for free and also sending a replacement skylight, one of the plastic parts the screw goes in broke off when putting the screw into it. Not a big deal, just have to wait 2-3 weeks.

Shed is attached to the platform, security camera is up and I moved a bunch of stuff into it today, I can actually move around in my other shed/workshop for a change.
