Connecting rods have nothing to do with the bore...

The rods will work on the stock KA24E engine. The pistons should tell you the size. IIRC stock is 89mm

IIRC, the the cannister has two lines, one from the tank and one from the engine bay. On my 96 it went to a sensor on the pass. side engine compartment on the fender well.
