I ordered a stainless steel muffler with rear pipe, all the way back, about $120 shipped, just Google it. Aluminized steel a little cheaper. Stock, fit the existing hangers, quiet, a little too quiet...

Is the gauge the only symptom? I never try to provide answers. I do offer questions that might help. Plenty of guys have complained of low readings from their gauges, perhaps from too much resistance...

Experience has taught me that RTV is not a good...

Experience has taught me that RTV is not a good idea in/on an automatic transmission. Years ago I used some to reseal a transmission pan. Months later it deteriorated and clogged my ATF fluid pump....
