So, my 2x4 with LSD could potentially get through mud like a 4x4?

does any truck have a front LSD? i know some awd cars do but those dont use a transfer case like a truck where its locked. they use an actual center diff. and some of those are LSD's too which is kinda nuts

If you had a bunch of weight in the bed, probably so. The weight in the front is what really makes the front end pull. Lockers for these trucks are so expensive that you're really better off just doing a SAS. One day I'll probably bite the bullet and start doing that.

Some of the special edition Jeep JK wranglers have a front LSD, the mohave edition I believe. But as for trucks with factory front lockers, the only thing I can think of is the chevy colorado ZR2.

The Power Wagon also has lockers on both ends from the factory.

I wouldn't mind a front LSD other than it could get really weird on the road in snow or ice.
