Default Can't replace my belts

(1992 V6 3.0 4x4 D21) Ok so maybe I'm stupid but for the power steering belt and the alternator belts you just need to loosen their respective tensioners and the components should move by hand along the rail right? Well mine aren't doing that, I tried blasting them with penetrant and I managed to whack the alternator enough with a hammer and wood block to take the belt off but the power steering componet doesn't have enough clearance for me to hit it with a hammer to loosen it enough to take the belt off so I'm not sure what to do, they seem to be REALLY stuck on there. What can I do?

Loosen the other mount bolts and see if that helps.

What mount bolts are you referring to? you mean the ones that mount the components themselves?

You have to loosen mounting bolts and the tensioner or it'll never budge.

I'm not sure what you're referring to, like the mounting bolts to the components themselves?

Loosen center bolt in pulley and it should slide.

Yes, the pivot point where the component swivels on.

The pivot point is behind the pulley. I think it is a 14mm and you have to turn then pulley to align the hole with the bolt.

Ok here are the alterntator and my power steering pulleys, I have loosened the tensioners with mounting holes as you can see in the pics. Where/what else do I have to loosen so they can move? Please be detailed I'm a weekend mechanic and I have no idea what else I need to do here, Because right now they are not budging AT ALL I had to hammer the alternator for it to move a bit so I can remove the belts.

Note that we both said pivot point. Not tensioner. Youll loosen the tensioner and the single bolt on the accessory that holds the accessory to the block. If the only thing that held the accessory was the tensioner your accessories would have fallen out of the truck before you could take those photos.

Like caddie said youll be able to access the one for the power steering through the pulley.

The one on the power steering is at about 1 o'clock and the one on the alternator is maybe around 10 o'clock.

Im used to looking at it from the top. Little disoriented from the bottom.

You should never have to beat an accessory with a hammer, especially in a nice dry climate like Arizona.
