Locking hubs are not serviceable other than cleaning and lubing. Just get new ones is how to fix them.
Now hub bearings can be replaced. Goto your local parts house.
Your spline count for hubs should be 28 count but you can count them to be sure. Just count the raised part of the axle poking into lockout mounting area.
