Exclamation Brake Lights and Turn Signals flash at the same Time

I have a 2002 Nissan Frontier XE 2WD, 2.4L, Stick shift. When i use my turn signals they work perfectly fine. The problem is when i turn on the running daylight side markers and I activate my turn signal all 4 turn signals start to flash as if i would have activated the hazard lights. So for example if im making a left turn i hit the turn signal and all lights start flashing as if the hazard lights were triggered, but the only difference is that the left turn signal lights are brighter than the right side. The right side will be flashing as well but dimmer and if i do it the opposite way it will do the same thing. So if i activate the right side turn signal, all four corners flash and only the right side front and rear turn signal will be brighter than the left side.No Electrical work has been done to it ever and it does this all the time even when not driving the truck.Already replaced the turn signal switch, flasher, checked all fuses and wiggled all the wiring.Changed all the bulbs and still no luck.
