Default Drop spindles and tire wear...

Hey guys,
I bought a 92 standard cab with drop spindles already on it. The front tires are wearing really bad on the inside. Is that common for drop spindles? Can it be adjusted out?

The truck likes to wander on the highway as well. I just replaced the center link, strut tension rod bushings, and ball joints. It still wanders a little, but not as bad. Perhaps has something to do with the spindles?

Thanks in advance...

Typically the tie rod ends have to be adjusted after drop spindles.
Definitely get an alignment
