Default Advice on cab removal

I have a 93 extra cab 4x4 75,000 original miles. Perfect truck, but frame is rotten, beyond repair. I have acquired a perfect frame, and I'm ready to swap. My question is, what is the best way to sling the cab? ROLL TIDE!!!

First cab i removed i used an engine hoist with a couple friends. Leave as much of the harness intact as you can. Second cab i removed was bare so 3 friends and i lifted it off and set it on by hand.

Pretty straight forward. Unbolt everything and swap over. Are you doing the driveline as well?
My stable of Nissan trucks includes:
1987 Nissan King Cab(full frame off Restoration).
