Default Mile Marker hubs?

Just got a set of MM manual hubs for my D21. They seem solid but I need the circlip size that fits the end of the cv axles so I can finish this installation. Does anyone know a size or P/N for these clips? Townsend Nissan and all the major parts stores come up with nothing. When I finish the install I'll be happy to give a review about how these hubs turn out in real world situations.

I don't think mine had a surclip. Just stuffed them on and years later, a Moab trip, lots of snow and some mud in the south they are still going strong!

My truck is a 4cyl idk what difference that makes. Cv axles in my 4cyl can almost be removed without turning a bolt. What holds the CV axle within the hub end or is it supposed to slide 3 inches in and out?

Mine has a big C clip type deal on it that holds the axle into the hub. I've got Warns on mine though. Here's the ring on the FSM:

And here's the specs for the ring from the FSM. I have no idea how you're supposed to know which of these you've got.

The early 4 bangers had 28 spline axles, while the v6 had 30. After a few years, they went to 30 spline for all. The 28s are smaller diameter.

You should be able to measure the inside of the groove to determine the I.D and groove width. Armed with that knowledge, you can get them at a hardware store.

I was going to add this tidbit of information all of the snap rings are discontinued by Nissan so it's pointless at this point to have P/N's

have not had the c-clip on my xterra for years, it is there to kind of hold the shaft in place, but only kind of.

Hubs installed for about 1-1/2 months. Kinda sketchy about engaging and releasing when I first put them on so I got them both locked and drove about 5 miles of dirt road to kinda (wear in) everything and after that they have been perfect functioning without the C clips
