Default 1996 3in lowering blocks with 2 degree taper

Hey, I recently bought a 96 Hardbody SE single cab and I bought it with the intent to lower it. I was originally just going to buy a belltech lowering kit but after reading up on it, I settled on trying to find a set of 3 in blocks with a 2 degree slope and some belltech spindles.

While trying to find some blocks that fit my truck but I cant find any for a 96 single cab with a 2 degree taper. Everything I find says it either fits a 1996 extended cab or a 1994 single cab. I also cant find any info saying that their is a difference in suspension from a 94 to 96. Is there a difference between the suspension on these years that would make a difference? Or would I be fine running blocks for the 94 on my truck.

For reference I was looking at :
belltech 6200 (1996 3in no angle)
belltech 6202 (1994 3in 2 degree)

If the belltech 6202 doesn't fit, would I be safe running shims on the 3 in blocks? I've been reading that you need some sort of taper to keep a good pinion angle but haven't found anything on shims, just people machining the blocks.

any help is appreciated thanks
