Default Sparkplug Pickle

OK, noob here... Working on LBR this evening, getting her some new spark plugs.

#1 old out, new in, perfect.
#2 old one broke off at the nut, ceramic split in half and the rest is still in there.
#3 old out, new in, perfect.
#4 old one the metal nut just slipped off the plug, rest still in there.

The million $$ question. How in the holy hell do I get these 2 broken plugs out?

Lisle also sells a broken spark plug removal tool on amazon and various sites.

There could be trash around the base of the plug. Get a blow gun and spray it with compressed air. Hitting it with a propane torch for a few seconds after a good soaking with PB blaster might help as well.

Stuff will likely fall into the cylinder. I'd take the head off and deliver it to my machine shop for a valve job too. Then clean out the bores carefully, but likely I'd conclude it's time to rebuild the short block as well.

Ok, don’t judge me, but I got the valve cover off. I am not cut out for this. I am worried I am going to break something. I just don’t see what to do next.

Look for some YouTube videos, this is one of those things where you may have to try several methods to get the job done.
