In their defense we are kinda biased about nissan trucks here!

There is a lot of that but also some really good info like how to modify the cutoff, demon eyes, bulb tests, projector tests, how tos, ect.

Anyone have experience with both the Autopal and Hella?

Seems like a no-brainer to go with the genuine for $50 more, but the city light in the Autopal is making me second guess my better judgement. I really like that feature.

I ran the AutoPal ECode without a city light. Worked great! I don't see the use of the city light myself. You won't be able to see the light it puts out in the day and you'll be using the headlights at night and unable to see the city light then too.

I located a set of Hellas with the city light for just a little more than the Amazon link for the non-city light model on the previous page. They don't include the H4 bulb, but I have a few extra pairs lying around.

A lot of people forgo wiring the city light when installing Euro lights in older Mercedes too, but I think it's worth the solder.

When buying European spec headlights, Hella E-code, you need to be very carefull and pay attention to the markings on the lens and any arrow's on the lens, Certain headlamps are designed for different countries where they drive on the opposite side of the road, if you use the wrong headlamp in the US the light will be focused on the wrong side of the road and you will blind oncoming traffic.

There is very good info on this site below showing what the numbers and arrow refer too:

Thanks for the tip. I just went over this buying a new set of Hella lenses for my Benz from a European source since they specified "right-side traffic", which equates to left-hand drive, but needed to double check because return shipping wouldn't be cheap.

Here are the lights I'm going to purchase.
