I watched this same video a few weeks ago before I replaced my valve stem seals. Maybe we can get the guy a few more views for his effort.

I wonder why/how the engine would be out of time? He put the timing gear right back on after removing the rocker arms. Any idea?

It doesn't take very much movement at all to get the sprocket misaligned from the cam such that it's hard to reinstall the sprocket on the cam.
