Default Auto to Manual Tranny?

I've found a 4x4 hardbody, one year younger than mine. Basically the same truck except its a 4x4 automatic V6 (floor shifter). I currently own a V6 2wd 5 speed. Can I put my 5 speed tranny into the 4x4?

It would be better to have a 4x4 transmission. You can use yours but will need to changes the rear output shaft and housing.

Only if you have a manual with a 4x4 case. If yours is 2wd, the output shaft and rear housing won't mate up.
