Default Buddy's D40 throwing lean codes + other oddities

Buddy of mine has a 2015 D40 4wd with the V6. He is getting intermittent lean codes on bank 1. I couldn't find any vacuum leaks. PCV maybe? Are there any exhaust manifold issues with that motor?

He also has an issue that his running lights will sometimes stay on after the rig is parked and locked even when not using the lights for the previous trip. This is random and does kill the battery.

He said the steering wheel lock no longer works when removing the key from the rig.

try switching 02 sensors (b1 to b2) and see if the code follows... may have a bad 02, just a thought

they show the electric part of the ignition switch separate (for AT) might check the switch..(48750-0M010)
did he replace all 4 02's ? or just the up stream? I had a down stream 02 go out on me, that is why I am asking, try switching them see if the code follows..at least its cheap

I believe it was all 4 but I'll check with him.

It'll either be me or another friend of his working on it. He is down with a broken ankle at the moment.

Is that the starter switch its self? I'm curious if the ignition switch is doing weird things too. As far as I've seen sometimes the parking lights come on and ignore the stalk. No chime either as it should when the lights are on.

Edit: he said he just did the upstream cat on that side and both O2 sensors on that side.

I would switch up stream o2's, check codes, if it stays, switch down stream and see if code follows..
a/m o2's ?? I get alot of people that buy em.. then they end up buying oem..and yes that pt# was just the electric portion of the switch, (for a auto trans) unless the mechanical part is worn..

I'm probably a bit out of my element here, but since it's a newer vehicle it might be worth checking if there any TSBs for it out there related to either of those two things. There was a website I used to use that was a great resource for wiring diagrams and TSBs, but they sadly discontinued that service earlier this year.

My buddy has a broken ankle and I've been busy with work, around the house and helping him at the audio shop when I'm not busy. He said he hasn't gotten a CEL since we cleared the code and his fuel economy went up about 5MPG since he changed the O2 sensors and cat.

I looked for TSBs. None for that but Nissan won't even admit to the strawberry milkshake of death.

My mom's car is now throwing codes so is got to figure out what the hell it is doing and fix it. I probably aught to work on mom's car first. Lol.
