Default truck guy looking for car parts

i have an '87 reg cab D21 hardbody with the Z24 motor and would like to transplant the '74-'78 280z dash into it, so here's my question.....

does anyone know where i can find a complete dash from a '74-'78 280z or know of any Z wrecking yards i can contact?

even someone that built a race car and the dash is just taking up space in the garage.....

I'm resurrecting this bad boy! Ha. I am wondering if this was ever pursued? I got an 89 d21 and my gauges were doa. So instead of going to the junkyard and getting another set gauges I found a complete 78 280z dash with gauges for 100obo. And before I pull the trigger I wanted to c if anyone can shed some light on the swap. Also is 100 bux a good deal? Thanks

A complete 280z dash with gauges for $100 is a good deal of its in good condition. Get as much wiring as possible. Get the speedo cable. Get the temperature sender, oil pressure sender (unless it just has the dummy light). The more you get to start with, the less you'll need to try to get if you find you need something later.
