Default Dash restore

I've had a dash for the truck that has no cracks. Came from the yard so it's a little weathered. In perfect shape otherwise.
What do you guys suggest for giving it a little life back. Any Mother's or similar product. I always just used a damp rag to clean, so never used any protectant. Might be why the current one cracked.
Not real clear on if the dash is vinyl or what. Thanks for any suggestions.

I'm a huge fan of Meguiars Natural Shine. They make supreme shine also, which is your typical Armor-All type product, and leaves a very shiny finish. This is ok sometimes, but can get greasy. The natural shine makes it all nice again, color, pliable, and the finish looks more like a new car dash as opposed to an oiled, shiny look.

I found one in great shape similar to you with a minor tear. Patched the tear and cleaned with dish soap and water. I'm currently using 303 automotive protectant to protect from uv rays. Supposed to be good stuff. So far so good.

Definetly getting a windshield visor for this one. It's clean just seems a little dry. Easy way to describe it.

Yeah and it is a sumbitch to change these dashpads. I also have a window visor.
