No. They are wires coming off your positive battery connection.

The black box (if it has names printed on it for different things) houses your relays.

Ok so I found a used ecu on eBay and it finally came today I installed it into truck and it started right up and I fully expected it to die but it didn't it runs perfect I have so far drove it ten miles or so with no problems so I want to thank everyone who has helped me get this truck on the road it means alot to me to get it going
