850, the model number some sites designate for the hardbody?

Yes, the internal code given to the HB by NDA during the design phase was the 850.

For reference here's a pic of 4wd anchor blocks versus the 2wd blocks. 2wd on the right of course. You need to run 4wd wheel cylinders and hardware kit but in the end you gain 10 sq.in of brake surface area over the 2wd shoes.

Did you apply some sort of rust converter to the new one that made it grey?

I hit it with a wire brush then painted it with flat high heat black paint.

Good work man. At least you don’t have to deal with the stupid e-brake system I have on my c200 4wd axle. I wish there was some info on this subject there are no aftermarket parts available for this axle. My brakes were all shot in my axle and pricing everything from the dealer was gonna set me back a good 200 bucks. I’m in the middle of swapping in a modified Hg axle for this reason

I have not owned anything with a c200 in it. I know you will be happier with the h233b, more support especially the post-89 version.

Well, that will stop you a few feet quicker for sure.

Wheel #4 is getting the treatment so it can look as nice as wheel # 3 on the right. My arms are looking all buff and shit right now.
