Default 1991 fluded

Hey guys my 91 hardbody has the small four cylinder and for some reason it will flood just sitting. First time was about 20 minuets after I had shut it off and this time it was 11 hours. As soon as I hit the key I can smell gas and it won’t hit a lick for a few minutes and eventually it sputters back to life. Any suggestions. Thanks. I think it may be a pressure regulator.

Leaking injectors, quite possibly.

I will try to see if there is fuel in the vacuum line to the regulator and go from there I guess lol.

It could very well be a bad pressure regulator.
