Default Going to 15's

Going up from 14" wheels to 15" with a two inch lift on my 89 D21. My question is what is the best size to go to without losing much torque? I'd like something around a 225/70R15 or 235/75R15 but afraid the truck is going to lose some power. Thoughts? If there's a thread about this already, sorry, just point me to it.

I did the same thing, my truck now sets as high as a stock 4wd... I fell into a great deal on the 235/75/15's, on the aluminum wheels, center caps, lug nuts... yes it slowed it down a little, yes it takes a little longer to stop, but it works for me

I ran 235/75R15 on the front and 275/60R15 on the rear of my 2wd. It was a good ride.

These 4x4 trucks aren't supposed to have 235/75/15s on them?

I'm running 245/75/r16s with no issues. No lift that I'm aware of.
