Default Interior Trimming

Hey IN,

I want to replace all of the interior trim pieces and clips and such in my 94. What is the best way to get these parts? I searched parts.nissan but it is so hard to decipher all of the parts. Basically, I want to replace any and all of the plastic pieces, all of them. Any help would be appreciated. My goal with LBR is to restore it to original factory condition.

no junkyards nearby?

I get my stuff either from the local U-pulls or ebay.

unless they are cracked or broken, just clean em, scuff em, plastic adhesion primer then 2 coats of paint, 2 clear and good as new. You could even research the original Nissan colours and get your paint shop to mix em up.

also when you say 'original factory condition', what exactly do you mean? I only ask as you have wheels on that thing that are not 'factory' for a d21. Correct me if im wrong.

Also i noticed your doing some underlayer in your truck, which was also not factory. Sorry if im quibbling, but I am just trying to figure out if you are doing 'true' factory restore or 'sympathetic' restore.

Restore with enhancements. Sorry to sound contradictory, but I am not trying to go way out to the aftermarket world. Look and feel like stock, but with obvious current day updates.

Sympathetic restore, that's cool, and the most realistic restore imo.

Some after market stuff is really good, dont write it off. For example u won't find better cheap replacements for anything rubber related than stuff from Thailand off ebay.

When your referring to interior panels, which ones are you referring to? Post pics to the areas they go.
