personally i never cared for the frontier model. the change was way too drastic from the square nosed hardbody. 97 to 98 was a visual shock. i mean when ford started redesigning the front ends of the F series for 97 and beyond, they were gradual. even the first change from the square F series to the smooth F series of the late 90s wasnt too shocking. just my thoughts.
