Like Alabama said check your cam timing and if off,
Re do the timing belt with all the marks lined up right at tdc. Remove plugs, ground wires, disconnect injector connectors, hook up a compression gauge and crank the motor, if
Readings are low drop two drops of oil into the
Cylinder and re crank, if the reading increases on the gauge it's worn piston rings, if it
Doesn't then it's worn valves and
You need to pull and resurface the heads

I tore everything down yesterday but didnt get a chance to recheck the timing im praying I can get it this time. I appreciate all of yalls help
