Default 240 trouble again

im starting to think this car is a lemon. when i give it hard gas, it starts to miss afterwards. it will stop missing for a while and sometimes it dont even miss after i race the engine. but it has gotten gradually worse. it used to never do this. i have read a few other forums and ask a few people and some think it may be the fuel injector. its only on the #3. it is getting spark and all. anyone else have this type of problem

yeah it very well could be an injector u can check them with a ohm meter across the two polls of the injector i think they should ohm out at 14.6 but a little higher is okay like maybe 15.2. try unpluging that injector with the car running and while its is missing and if the it doesnt change the way the car runs then u know its ur problem. or u could do the old screw driver and ear trick.

I'm not sure I'm following your symptoms - is it missing under hard acceleration, or light throttle?

And you've tested the spark plug wires?
