Also does your A.I.V GO down by your header and hook into your exhaust if so that's something else mine had a new header and exaust installed and they just put a muffler and capped the hose that runs from the A.I.V I have seen 2 others like that and seen them hooked up

I don't know what an A.V.I is......

Am going to replace the cat and the O2 sensor.
Exhaust is definitely restricted.

Rundown on the solution:
After going through the process with the sensors and all coming out good, then turned my attention to the exhaust end.
I was starting to suspect backpressure from the cat or muffler. so I pulled the O2 sensor giving exhaust a way out - engine ran fine. OK, so I replaced the Cat and replaced the O2 sensor and the truck is now good to go. Power curve is good, runs quiet, ect. This part of things is done.
I still can notice, just barely, a slight hesitation during acceleration in the lower RPM's - but that I will leave for another thread.
