I realize this is an older thread but have some questions. I got the fenders lined up pretty good and bolted on, but when I took the lower valance off 3 of the bolts broke off flush in the radiator support. How do i get these out? My first thought was some ez outs but is there a better or easier way? Last time I used ez outs they broke.

If you can get to the back side of them, lock on a vice grips and spin them on through. If not ez outs are about your only bet.

Your better off just drilling them then retapping. Or just use a bolt and nut after make the hole slightly larger. I have to do that on a bumper to frame mounting surface.

When I swap to 4x4 fenders do I need the 4wd valance also? I bought a new 2wd one and it hangs over the wheel well.

Okay thank you. How much extra bulge do they have? Cause i know these fenders didn't have the fender flares like most do.

It could also be that they were changed out and they replaced them with cheap aftermarket ones. I have 2wd ones and one sticks out a little more than the other. So I looked into it right, turns out driver side had been in an accident and it was replaced with an aftermarket one. Pass side is oem still.
