Natnader: That hose looks bad. Pull that hose and replace it. NEVER re-use the stock clamps. Switch all your clamps, even the clamps for your air hoses, over to modern screw clamps. Don't get crazy on the tightening. They hold good and if you really over-tighten, you can actually crack or damage your aluminum inlets/outlets. For the air hose connections, over tightening can cause them to compress or bend.
